Subject Block Trading Approved In Rusell 1000 Futures - Effective Thursday, May 1, 2003.

On Monday, April 28, 2003, the Board Steering Committee approved block trading in Russell 1000 futures.  This policy shall become effective on Thursday, May 1, 2003. 

Specifically, the Committee authorized block trades in the context of Russell 1000 futures with a minimum block transaction quantity of fifty (50) contracts. 

Note that trading in Russell 1000 futures commenced on the GLOBEX® electronic trading platform on April 28, 2003.
